Welcome to Arrcom (The Event Company Ltd.)

Arrcom AS is a Norwegian event company. Our vision is to create memories that our customers will cherish for a long time. Our wish is that, as our customer, you will gain from using Arrcom as your joint venture partner. The motto, “thoroughness equals safety,” is our promise; we promise to perform in accordance with the settled agreement and in safe surroundings for you and your co-workers. Apart from the traditional types of arrangements, we also offer extraordinary experiences and adventures. Arrcom takes care of the entire project; all the way from project management, planning and logistics to the actual event.

If what you want is either a simple company party or a spectacular adventure, as your joint venture partner we can gratify your requests. To us it is of no consequence if you are ten or five hundred people. You can make the choice yourselves about how much you want to be involved in the process, towards the carrying out of the event.

Our employees have expertise in all the fields Arrcom offers you as a customer. Their backgrounds include many years from special units in the Norwegian Armed Forces, public stand-by departments (police/fire brigade/health service), top-level athletics, the hotel and restaurant industry, trade, media, travel and of course the event industry.

Arrcom is first and foremost a company that can help your firm to reach goals in many areas; motivating employees, training salesmen and leaders, assisting in teambuilding and strengthening the feeling of being a part of the group, kick-offs, product launchings and firm parties/customer arrangements.

Arrcom has professional photographers who can be there with you to shoot the really great photographs. This will be very welcome among the participants, guaranteed! A photo of yourself, clinging to a rope above a precipitous gorge, or rappelling down the jumping hill tower in Holmenkollen, is a valuable souvenir.

Programs for competence developing
In addition to event activities we can also offer training programs for salesmen, specialising in customer relations for sales staff, direct sales and sales management. These courses can be for an afternoon only, or more in-depth going on for a week or more. We will always adjust each course to fit our customers’ requests. In all cases, the main aim will be to brush up and strengthen the salespeople professionally as a means to motivate.

We can also offer various programs for leadership development, specialising on the group of leaders as a unit or the development of the leader individually. To reach the common goals in this process we emphasise concepts like the increasing of consciousness, mastering of challenges and self-recognition. These are key words for success. To make these programs particularly motivating and engaging to the participants, skilled lecturers, personal mastering of challenges, and ‘hands-on’ training is necessary.

Equipment – new and safe
Arrcom takes safety seriously; very seriously. This is why we use a lot of time and finances to find the safest equipment on the market. You, as our customer, can be sure of this and feel safe. Besides, it is motivating for our co-workers to work with equipment which is the safest and the newest out there. For instance, our climbing equipment is the same kind of equipment that the police emergency troops use.

We have an extensive experience from various sports and athletics as well as outdoor activities, and we will – together with our joint venture partners – find the latest and the best when it comes to equipment. Not only do we have the newest and the best equipment, we also take good care of it. Purchase, use and storing are subject to strict internal routines, and hence, we can guarantee the best possible equipment at our events.

We can also give tips and advice on equipment along the way. If you or some of your colleagues are interested in climbing equipment, guns or perhaps outdoor life equipment, feel free to ask our people.
